All warrantees begin from the date the product is received. If a product develops a fault during the warranty and the fault is due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, we will accept a return.

If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please contact our Support Center for RMA authorization within 7 days of the order being received. After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund. If for whatever reason you do not want your item within 30 days of receiving it, you may also contact us for a return and refund. Kindly note that in such cases the return shipping fee is the customers responsibility and is non-refundable. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened in order to qualify for a product refund.

For most items, in the unlikely situation that your product is faulty, you can send it back for a refund or item exchange within 45 days of receiving it. Return shipping reimbursement is not available for this.

For any issues, please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:
1. Contact our Support Center with your order number and the product code (SKU number).
2. Please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received.
Possible Solutions:
- If there is a item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
- If we have shipped the wrong item: we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). GETPRO will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and compensate the return shipping fee when we receive it.

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Once your return has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to post to your account. If the original payment method is no longer available, GETPRO will mail you a check to the billing address listed on your account. For returns for refunds for items purchased as gifts, GETPRO will issue you a refund in the form of store credit.
For products that are eligible for return for replacement, the product may only be returned for a replacement of the same item. We do not allow exchanges or returns for replacements for different items. If you would like to receive a different item, you would need to return the original item for a refund, in accordance with the Return Policy and then purchase the item you would like to receive instead of the original item. If GETPRO no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, GETPRO will issue you a refund. Once your return has been processed, a replacement will be processed and shipped within approximately 1 -3 business days.
